The staff at the hotel was excellent and made our stay wonderful. The location of the property is particularly good, with many walking trails around and beautiful surroundings. The proximity to the local shop and Frensham Pond from the lodges was convenient.

The location is lovely and excellent, to Frensham pond direct from the lodges. It's also very close to the local shop which took about a hour there and back juat for cigarette papers, tobacco and filters, by pubs and woods-many walking trails.

magnificent location opposite the entrance area, very amiable staff, everything was perfect. appreciated how the reasonably large room with towels was arranged when we arrived.

The rooms were spacious and had plenty of towels, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was exceptional.

The lodges at this retreat are exceptionally clean and homely, making for a comfortable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the in-bath shower is also good. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. There are plenty of lovely walks right on the doorstep, offering peaceful surroundings. Additionally, there is a pub close by that welcomes dogs and muddy boots, with great food.

The lodge can get quite hot, even in October, but there are plenty of windows to open for ventilation.

Some windows did not have net curtains for privacy. The lack of a smaller window to open at night made the room too hot.

We got great value for our money at Tilford Woods. The room was cozy and well-kept, with a beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, surrounded by serene woods and with plenty of walking trails. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering a larger variety of options.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the lodge at Tilford Woods. It had a cozy and homely atmosphere that made me feel instantly comfortable. The general areas of the resort were also well-kept and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with convenient parking and no stairs to climb. It made my stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, there were times when I needed a bit more assistance or guidance that was not readily offered.

We explored the English countryside and got lost in the beautiful woods. The lodges were perfect for our group, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. We even had a hot tub to relax in after our adventures. Can't wait to go back and make more amazing memories!

Only thing we wished for was a bit more party atmosphere. It would have been awesome to have a communal area or a bar on-site where we could meet other young people and have a fun night out.

our recent stay in farnham was amazing. the charming lodge exceeded our expectations with its homely feel and well-kept appearance. the outside deck provided extra privacy, while the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. overall, a cute and cozy experience that we would highly recommend.

We were not informed about ongoing seasonal regeneration works until shortly before our visit, which significantly affected our experience. The noise from chainsaws starting at 8am and the early morning lawnmowers on the golf course made it difficult to have a relaxing stay.
